Return Policy

Online Parts Returns

We accept approved returns on eligible online orders within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

This policy is intended for parts and accessories purchased through the Redline Autohaus & Performance online store. Installed, damaged, special-order, and software-based products are handled more strictly because they cannot be resold once opened or used.

Return eligibility
  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original manufacturer packaging.
  • All included hardware, manuals, accessories, inserts, and labels must be returned.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-returnable items
  • Special-order, custom-order, or made-to-order items
  • ECU tunes, flashed modules, software, and digital products
  • Electrical or electronic items that have been opened, plugged in, tested, or installed
  • Fuel system components that have been installed or exposed to fuel
  • Clearance, final sale, and discontinued items
  • Items damaged by improper installation, misuse, or handling after delivery
Fitment responsibility

Customers are responsible for confirming fitment before ordering. If you are unsure, contact us before purchase with your vehicle details and VIN where applicable. Returns requested because the wrong item was ordered may be subject to approval and a restocking fee.

Restocking fees

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20 percent. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and the issue itself. Do not install or use the item if there is a problem.

How to request a return
  • Email info@redlineautohaus.ca with your order number and reason for return.
  • Wait for approval and return instructions before sending anything back.
  • Use a tracked and insured shipping method for approved returns.
  • Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Refunds

Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be sent to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days after inspection for your payment provider to post the refund.

Order cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once a supplier order has been submitted, especially for special-order items, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Manufacturer warranties

Many products sold by Redline Autohaus & Performance are covered by the manufacturer's warranty only. Warranty approvals are subject to the manufacturer's inspection and policy terms. Our return policy does not replace or extend manufacturer warranty coverage.
